In 2009, a US based writer acknowledged Sanjay for his contribution in the publication of book ‘Investing in India’s Emerging Resilience’.
In 2009, Sanjay Jakate participated in – “Budget Wish List 2009 – My Budget Expectations” an initiative of Business Line Publication.
In 2011, Sanjay Jakate formed Bold Venture Consultancy with a dual intention of associating with SME industries in meeting their manpower requirements and assisting recently graduated students on available opportunities and expectations from them. Sanjay Jakate has till date successfully advised firms beyond SME sector both locally as well as globally.
In 2013, he along with few of his friends formed a social organization ‘Brajrajnagar Bandhus’ for the welfare of a small town in Odisha. At present this organization has more than 2000 members spread across globe.
In 2015, he brought in his wife Shweta Jakate, an arts graduate and holding a post graduate diploma in Sales & Marketing as a partner and thus was born Bold Venture Consultancy LLP.
